So I spent a week in Florida, only to come back to 40 degree weather. *Bangs head on table* WHERE IS SPRING?? I'm so over cold weather. I really REALLY want the warmth. Short sleeves, no jackets.
Florida was magnificent though. It only rained a couple of days. Otherwise the weather was perfect. Not too hot, but warm enough! The company was pretty good too. o¿~
It would be a great place to live I think. I'm getting sort of antsy where I am. I need a change. I usually get my hair cut pretty short when I feel this way, but since the wedding is just a month away I can't do that....yet. So what to do, what to do. Maybe I should start drawing again. Or maybe not.
I'm pretty happy with the things occupying my time at the moment! So it's not a disatisfaction, just a....need to do something completely crazy!!

    Oh here we go with the hair again. *tsktsks* Still...Hehehehe Florida loved you too! FLorida's more than happy to take you back anytime you want and for as long as you want. See, Florida is really accomodating that way.
    Still, I'm glad you're keeping your hair for the moment. I happen to like it very much. *blinks sternly* =.=
    I'm glad to see you finally updated too. It brings joy to my heart cause...the sidewalk thingy was about to send me into a rage. It was a great entry, mind you. I thought it was very interesting. I was just ready to see more. ^_^ Congratulations to you!

Losing Money

That's what my bosses are doing today. They make us work on Memorial Day and then question why we aren't busy. But hey, why should I care? I'm getting paid to sit here and read. It's just that sometimes I can't help feeling I'm stuck in a Saturday detention. Doesn't help that half of the employees called in 'sick' today. Maybe I'm just jealous and bitter. I did have a wonderful weekend though! We went to the lake on Saturday and couldn't have asked for better weather. Had a BBQ, soaked up some sun, went home and slept. I watched Trainspotting while I unpacked some more boxes. It was disturbing to say the least and the baby, TRAUMATIZING. Johnny Lee Miller is absolutely adorable though. On Sunday we went to the theater and saw Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End . I was a little 'iffy' about it because I had read it was over 2 1/2 hours long. So this is INCREDIBLY rambly...just had to get some things out! Life is.... interesting I feel..... everything One moment I feel very adult-like. I have responsibilities, a career (even if it's one I don't like). I have bills to pay and I'm budgeting my money. I make wise choices and investments. I help people with their problems and I am a shoulder to cry on. I fix things and I'm in complete control. I know how the world works and I feel comfortable with that. In between this breath and the next I'm on my ass. Things aren't like that at all. Am I just fooling myself? Is it a coping mechanism for us because we are so programed to think that way?
