You can't outgrow it
Let me start off saying that I cannot wait for this week and weekend to be over. I don’t think I have ever looked forward to a Monday so much before! I’m saying this because the -BIG- wedding is Saturday. We have rehearsals on Friday night and then we’re getting hair done on Saturday morning and the wedding is Saturday night. I’m nervous, I’ve never been a bridesmaid before, heck, I’ve never been to a big wedding like this before, let alone actually being in it! I got my nails done yesterday and I look oh so girly now...except when I stick out my tongue, which I do often! *lol* Then I just look like a brat! *grins*
A question: “What have you -NOT- outgrown?” This is pretty simple actually. Don’t laugh though *glares*
o Whenever I watch a scary movie, I don’t cover my eyes, I cover my ears. My mother said that I used to do that when I was little kid every time I got scared. My eyes would get -huge- and I’d just slap my hands over my ears. Oh yeah, I still do that!
o When I get really nervous or I’m in a stressful situation, i.e. getting yelled at for something, I’ll play with my ear.
o My mom said when I was a baby in my crib I would sometimes rock back and forth until I fell asleep. If my stomach hurts or I have a really bad headache, I’ll find myself rocking while I’m lying in bed. It’s just a really small movement though. I often do it without realizing it.
o Okay, a really bad one! I still eat one thing at a time on my plate and I really don’t like my foods to touch!! <– this is a big deal!
o Whenever it storms I have to call my mom!
Yeah, that’s about it. Actually I’m going to stop because it’s just getting embarrassing now! *sticks out tongue*

Oh my goodness! You're going to be so incredibly busy. *sighs* You and me both, kiddo. Friday nights too? *grumbles* On the other hand, I think it will be a good experience for you. I've been to a few weddings in my time and the party is always the best part. you can relax, drink, eat and be merry. Some people take to some of those a little more than the others. In my family, there was a big emphasis on drinking and being merry. Dancing is big too. *grins* I hope you have a great time. I'll be eager to hear about your experiences....
