A week

Not much to report. We had a pretty crazy storm last night. I was driving home after having dinner with the family and the sky was so green with these black low-hanging clouds. Sure enough, as soon as I pulled into the driveway it started raining and the wind was bending the trees almost in half. I thought it might storm all day because it was so warm. I'm just glad I made it home in time. The animals were freaking out though. Nothing like having two cats and a lap dog all shaking and whimpering every time it thundered. Okay, only the dog was whimpering, but still. It really cooled things down though. It's only going to be in the low 60's today. I'm loving it!
In my boredom yesterday I was checking out movie trailers online. Two of them really made an impression. First off we got "Jesus Camp". *blinks* WOW. It reminds me of watching a documentary of a training camp in Africa where they kidnap young children and train them to be soldiers. This is equally disturbing with children being brainwashed and basically trained to take over the world when they grow up. *shudders*
The other one is called "300". It's based on the spartans and the famous stand against the persians. I'm not nearly doing this story enough justice, but the movie just looks amazing. The colors and the depth and the special effects. It doesn't come out until March and I cannot wait!

The spartans!!! I've always loved the spartans. Infact, dad used to always call my mom 'The Spartan!' I think I can see why. Now that movie seems to have alot of promise from the sound of it. I'll have to keep an eye out for these previews too. I'm glad you finally updated too you lazy bum! Though I'm one to speak. Until today, I hadn't updated in quite some time. ^_- La zebra
