Make It A Random
So when not much is happening, some may call this boredem, this is what happens. The RANDOM PLAYLIST *cue dramatic music* These are the first ten songs that played when I put my Ipod on shuffle. Are you ready for this? :p
o Alanis Morissette ~ You Learn - One of her less angsty songs from the Jagged Little Pill Album I think. I like this, especially the beginning when 'the fire trucks are coming 'round the bend." The lyrics are pretty simple so it makes a great song to sing a long to!
o Kelly Clarkson ~ You Found Me
- Not one of my favorites, but it's still really sweet. I like the idea of being found by someone when you never realized you actually wanted to be found.
o Engima ~ I Love You...I'll Kill You
- A lllooonnngggg song, coming in at 8 minutes and 1 second. I usually only listen to this one when I'm drawing because it's a great song to zone out too! Not many words and a really trancy beat.
o Linkin Park ~ Somewhere I Belong
- A great angsty song! I remember getting into arguments with my mother and just cranking this song way up.
o The Veronicas ~ Heavily Broken - A relatively new song to my list. I think The Veronicas are great! This is just one of those songs that when you are in the right kind of mood, you totally get it.
o Daniel Powter ~ Bad Day - This is my monday mid-morning song! "You're faking a smile with the coffee to go" <--- That's so me.
o Britney Spears ~ I'm A Slave 4 U
- Woooo! *dances* This is actually a remix so the beats are crazy on this. I love listening to this when I get ready for work in the morning.
o James Blunt ~ Billy
- Again, not one of my favorites from his album, but it's a good story. James Blunt has a very unique voice which really makes this song about a man who's lost even more...well depressing.
o Matchbox 20 ~ Rest Stop
- I had never heard this song before until I borrowed the CD from my aunt. I absolutely LOVE this song! "She said - while you were sleeping I was listening to the radio. And wondering what you're dreaming when, It came to mind that I didn't care. So I thought - hell if it's over I had better end it quick. Or I could lose my nerve" Just the way he sings this, he really conveys the surprise and sadness well. Great song!
o Evanescence ~ Field of Innocence
- I haven't heard a song from them that I -don't- like! When Amy Lee sings this song you can't help but listen to all of the words and wish that you could go back to being innocent as well. She is a genius song writer!
